I joined the IFAP team in 2020 to help reshape and revitalise IFAP’s advisory and consulting capacity. In March 2022 IFAP rebranded to the WHS Foundation, but retains its socially-purposed vision.In this role I led a team of WHS professionals and worked with a wide range of clients across diverse industries providing services in all aspects of WHS.

As a Principal Consultant in Gallagher’s national Workplace Risk team, I assisted clients in the identification, assessment and management of safety related business risks with the aim of creating safer workplaces, improving safety legal compliance and reducing losses and injury costs.
