My experience as a title processor, coupled with running my own operations for seven years has equipped me to re-enter this realm of work. After working in title processing, I managed a painting contracting service - managing client relationships, contracts, marketing, and accounts receivable. My entrepreneurial spirit and title processing experience equip me to he help ensure effective reading, settlement, and closings.How I will contribute:➜ Able to prepare title reports, prelim title commitments, and other title related documents as well as update reports upon request➜ Collaborates with the closing department to resolve title issues (e.g., legal descriptions, easements, lot splits, vesting, tax liens, abstracts of judgments, bankruptcies, boundary disputes, encroachments, and list pendants)➜ Understands and arranges legal descriptions on tax maps and/or filed maps➜ Processes incoming orders and searches; reviews industry publications to remain knowledgeable of changes in laws and practices affecting the issuance of title policiesMy name is Mike and I can be reached at mlefchak@outlook.com to discuss title processing opportunities.
