- Took reservations, amended and canceled reservations as needed over the phone from customers all over the country for all Enterprise locations. - Used a multiline phone and transferred customers as needed to various departments and locations. - Used a national online reservation program on the computer to schedule reservations for customers.

- Did custodial duties throughout the entire Memorial Union. - Helped set up for events and make sure the public had a positive experience on the premises.
