• First three months at Ambrosia I was solely devoted to auditing the entire companies Balance Sheet for 10 Entities.• Working diligently attempting to close the books for June, July & August, as company was without a controller for 5 months.• I Spearheaded a major project bringing the company off Cash Basis Accounting Reporting Revenues, in the process I was able to identify $6MM dollars in extra billable revenue by auditing their Billable Software Collab MD.• I Spearheaded a major project analysing the entire corporation expenses attempting to identify cost savings, especially regarding their credit card spend of $1.4MM. My goal because you lose all transparency regarding charges was to redirect countless vendors to send their invoices to companies AP inbox. This way each invoice can be reviewed for accuracy, this would also help with increasing positive cash flows, because vendors will be paid on a Net 30 or 45 basis.• I Spearheaded a major project implementing better internal controls both on the financial reporting and Operational side• I Managed the companies weekly/monthly Cash Flow Analysis. In the process was able to identify huge Cash Flow deficiencies directly related to the AR Revenue Manager Processes to managed and collect revenues. • I Helped implement process improvement related to the AR Revenue Manager to increase companies Cash Flows.

• To help ensure the accuracy of New Era’s Revenue Recognition (AS 606). I reviewed contract start dates to determine whether revenue can be recognized based on services that the company completed.• I worked solely on reconciling all New Era’s global and U.S. intercompany relationships, which included intercompany loans, transfer pricing and invoicing their subsidiaries.• I assisted the controller at NTT Data with SEC reporting requirements.• I assisted the controller at NTT Data with their U.S. and Global Consolidations and intercompany reconciliation and elimination entries.• NTT Data outsourced most of their Accounting Function to India. As their Accounting Manager, I reviewed and approved all Genpact Senior Accountants submitted work during month end.• I worked on month end close for multiple clients which entailed reconciling all Balance Sheet Accounts, thus ensuring an accurate and timely P&L was produced.• I assisted the FP&A team for multiple positions with Variance Analysis during Month End. Recording adjusting entries was a major role that I contributed to.• Help implement numerous Accounting Controls to cut down on month end.• At Bahamas Paradise I assisted the Controller with his weekly Cash Flow Analysis.• At Bahamas Paradise I assisted with the Company Inventory Analysis, ensuring the General Ledger agreed to the Inventory Manager reports.• While at LKQ I handled all of the consolidated reporting requirements for the company joint venture with Canada as well as the corporate office in Nashville.• While at LKQ I was heavily involved with the JV’s operations, ensuring all sales were recorded and recognized.• I handled the accounting for the company’s scrap metal inventory for both yards, thus ensuring the GL balances agreed to the operational managers ending inventory counts.• At LKQ I helped manage and streamline the implementation of their new scrap metal software, to ensure all reporting aspects adhered to what the company expected.

• Handled the month end close for 35 natural gas owned wells• Energy, Marketing and Trading Department, buys and sells wholesale energy commodities, such as natural gas, oil & coal. As their senior accountant I supported the trading floor regarding their gas reserves. As part of the month end close, I had to run all the necessary reports, to analyze expenses, in later preparation of the month end accruals. • The department uses derivative instruments (primarily swaps, options & forwards) to manage the commodity price risk inherent in the purchase and sale. As part of the month end close I ran the necessary reports to ensure the accuracy of the Accounting.• A key role in this department was ensuring expenses related to the transportation, deliverance and demand of natural gas was accounted for properly. Using SAP Financial, I managed those reconciliations, in preparation of paying those invoices. If any issues arose, I had to troubleshoot the problem with the Trading floor.• Depletion of their natural resources was a key reconciliation that I assisted the department with

I assisted Actavis with multiple integration projects for their mergers and acquisitions. To ensure a timely month end close I reconciled multiple balance sheet accounts, in addition to the variance analysis of profit and loss, and all necessary write-offs of open ended purchase orders on completion of projects. Within their multibillion dollar Life Science Division I worked on medical device revenue recognition in addition to assisting regional managers with expense analysis. Re-forecasting on a monthly basis against the Original Plan was a key component for the success of the division. To do so, precise communication between management and HR was vital, as head counts were constantly changing along with multiple expense lines. I presented monthly live Web Ex meetings with senior executives domestically and globally to explain variances between actual vs. plan vs. forecast. I utilized metric analysis on their multiple products and service lines for both revenue and expenses. I handled standard costing, cost rollups, MUV & PPV analysis for Beckman’s Procurement Department.

One of my main responsibilities in the valet service industry was to supervise the Accounts Receivable & Payable Department, as well as, the field bookkeepers. Before the month end close, I audited all incoming cash. My position handled financial reporting for all four District Managers, as well as, troubleshooting operational and accounting matters on a daily basis. Handled the corporate accounting and consolidations for a private owner – with over 15 residential properties throughout the United States and one property in Prague. One major role was approving and reviewing the property accountants work to accuracy.I also worked on the distribution to the partners, as well as tax prep work for their CPA accounting firm.
