I accepted a high-profile management opportunity to direct and coordinate teams responsible for optimizing strategic business units in the Bakken asset.Among Key Responsibilities, I:- Optimized overall infrastructure needs, applying management principles to maximize value across the formation, with success in planning and execution of drilling and completions activity.- Directed a cross-functional team including a Geologist, Drilling & Completion Engineers, and a Reservoir Engineer. - Maximized asset growth alongside midstream, operations, and facilities teams in the region by executing clear communication, transparency, and shared vision within the team.- Supported senior management in establishing future development objectives, as a contributor to development planning for 100,000+ acres within the asset through to 2040, leading them to use real-time business logic to enable critical decision making.

After the divestiture of Hess’ assets in Ghana, I capitalized on a career broadening opportunity to gain Bakken region specific unconventional land experience in North Dakota.As a result, I was adapted as part of a return to onshore asset engineering.Among Key Responsibilities, I:- Managed unconventional completions, demonstrating strong technical and strategic capabilities to accommodate the unique characteristics of the Bakken.- Leveraged knowledge from offshore experience to provide fresh advisory perspective and mentoring which elevated the engineering capabilities of the group.- Promoted new efficiencies and innovation by providing guidance and direction around new potential technology, improvement, and methodologies including:o Rollout of Coiled Tubing Technology for PnP completions.o Toe Prep design and SIMOPs implementation, which phased out plugging events and $100M in NPV.o Safe acid design, which greatly reduced EHS risk while enabling time and cost savings.o Development and optimization of production packer design, eliminating stuck packer events.

I operated in the US corporate office while supporting completions operations in West Africa.Additionally, I served as a central point of contact and completions engineering design lead for the D&C function in the high-value Hess Ghana project.- Spearheaded the engineering Basis of Design as the exclusive completions advisor for all engineering and development planning for a large-scale infrastructure project involving ultra-Deepwater subsea completions through ensuring cross-team coordination and charting out dependencies.Among Key Responsibilities, I:- Collaborated with cross-functional Directors to execute on completions projects, notably leading SQDC metrics.- Exercised sound financial judgment and business sense to conduct economic evaluations and AFE generations for all relevant workovers and completions leading to the development expenditure and revenue goals.- Demonstrated a strong business acumen as a leader behind the cost-optimal and structured divestiture of Hess’ assets in Ghana, tracking and communicating team velocity, and release progress to ensure proper work assignment and project completion.

I designed and implemented Deepwater subsea and TLP completions and interventions, as both in-office and on-site engineering led behind numerous projects for assets in West Africa.

I held a multi-disciplinary and multi-region management role that involved overseeing completions engineering and project delivery for operators across East Texas, South Louisiana, Nigeria, Gulf of Mexico, and other regions.

Among Key Responsibilities, I:- Designed hydraulic fracture and acid stimulation treatments for Gulf Coast and GOM projects. - Provided completions support for Plug and Abandonment, workover, coiled tubing, frac, and ,acid stimulation operations. - Developed, managed, and maintained various customer accounts.

Among Key Responsibilities, I:- Managed various P&A projects in S La, both inland water and land - consisted of company administered and turnkey P&A ops. - Managed Completion and Production Project in Johnsons Bayou, LA - High volume lift, water injection, oil field operations. Numerous CT and WO applications administered.
