Michael Lemonds teaches Business Principles and Entrepreneurship classes at Dripping Springs High School. In 2017, Mr. Lemonds wrote the curriculum for the first ever Real Estate licensing course taught at the high school level and currently teaches two sections of the new course. He worked for 13 years as a commercial real estate professional in Colorado and Central Texas markets. He has appraised office buildings, shopping centers, industrial complexes, and Class A apartment complexes. Additionally, he has brokered more than $300 million in commercial leases and land sales while negotiating commercial transactions for the Texas General Land Office. He brings significant experience in managing a business office, managing a diverse staff with varied professional skill sets, establishing business and marketing plans, and facilitating the financial and accounting reporting needs of the organization. Mr. Lemonds has been married since 2001 and has four amazing daughters. He enjoys Texas A&M football games, triathlons, golf, and opportunities to travel nationally and internationally.
