Resource Recovery Corporation is an industrial recycling company located in Western Michigan that works closely with the metalcasting industry to find environmentally responsible outlets for their by-products. RRC was founded in the early 1990s by fifteen member companies that had a desire to recycle their materials rather than simply send them to the local landfill. To date, RRC has diverted over 900,000 tons of material away from landfills and into beneficial use applications such as asphalt, horticultural applications, engineered polymer composites, and remediation materials.

RMT, Inc. is a multifaceted Environmental Consulting and Engineering Firm with headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin. They focus on integrated environmental solutions and specialize in complex project work. They also operate a construction division which has a large capability in the renewable energy market. RMT currently operates over 20 offices in the United States and Europe. I was hired by RMT, Inc. to open and manage their new office in Indianapolis, Indiana in March of 2000.
