I currently review/edit/approve auto estimates that are submitted by insureds or claimants following an auto loss. I negotiate repair costs with repair shops by using my extensive knowledge base of the collision repair process. Prior to this I served as an outside liability representative. I investigated auto and homeowner liability claims that involved bodily injuries, I would meet claimants and insureds face to face to further the investigations, and would work the claims to resolution.

Inspected autos, completed damage estimates, negotiated repair costs with collision shops, managed total loss vehicles.

Investigated low severity auto losses that involved property damage only with no injury exposures.
