Through Strategic Master Planning, Conceptual and Basic Design efforts, I strive to get projects started on the right path by discovering manufacturing efficiencies, understanding the latest technology and avoiding any regulatory or compliance pitfalls along the way. I strive to create lasting Architecture that keeps up with today’s ever-changing regulatory environment and challenges conservative facility design by providing flexible and robust designs that will stand the test of time.

Responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of the design development, production of construction documents and specifications for various types of projects including but not limited to aseptic filling, solid dose, biologics manufacturing, packaging and any environments requiring clean production capabilities . Also responsible for coordinating the needs of a client, designer, technical staff, and outside consultants such as structural, mechanical, civil engineers.Specific tasks include but are not limited to:• Feasibility, mater planning and conceptual studies evaluating possible site, program and project cost options• Zoning and code evaluations for new and existing building projects• Developing Basis of Design documents outlining the programming intent, building construction techniques, finishes and capabilities of a facility • Generation of development of construction documents and specifications for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities incorporating and/or developing facility documentation standards• Shop drawing review, approval and coordination with clients, contractors and designer• Developing presentations comparing building design options and construction material costing analysis• Working with project managers to capture project specific needs and to help deliver a cohesive design package.
