As a referral/credentialing coordinator at Clarkstown Pediatrics, I ensure the complete care of our patients and keep our practitioners up-to-date on licensing. The satisfaction of genuinely helping patients through specialist needs is one that I cherish! This position brings many reality-checking situations, in which I am responsible towards making sure our patients know they are in great hands; every time they leave.

As a front desk agent, I was given the liberty to create memorable experiences to our guests, while practicing in sales and data management. During this time, I was able to overcome ownership change and on-site construction, and still provide the best of the best! This amazing boutique hotel, located in the middle of SoHo, Manhattan New York, gave the opportunity to explore and develop myself with the constant changes and needs of New York City. While traveling far distances for this full time job and handling full time school responsibilities, I was able to overcome these responsibilities to the extent of even receiving Employee of the Year awards and Top Sales awards.

This position gave way to my professional career! As pool concierge, I would make sure the pool attendenyees were provided with swimming and leisure essentials like towels, bench mats, food and drink; while also making sure experiences were something of dreams! My favorite thing I would do for tourists was showing famous buildings in the SoHo region from the rooftop pool and providing history and significance to the locaiton.
