My primary focus is to open and close accounts for customers. I also process any documentation and answer questions about our products and services. I sell products to new and current customers after identifying problems, needs, and opportunities that would benefit them and the bank. I also refer customers to products and associates that would benefit them such as lenders or asset and treasurey management. I deliver excellent customer service and do everything I can to assist them with banking questions or issues.

As the branch Administrative Assistant, I would greet customers and answer phone calls then direct them to the proper person to assist them. I also kept the branch organized and clean to project a professional and helpful atmosphere. I was also responsible for informing the team of changes or situations via email or in person to make sure everyone was aware and on the same page. I attended branch meetings to coordinate schedules and inform the branch of absences and helped areas that needed extra coverage. I was also responsible for ensuring the branch was fully stocked with supplies and I would work with the Assistant Manager to order anything that was needed. I also regularly helped customers by opening accounts, preforming account maintence or getting them with the best person to assist them. I would also regularly preform teller duties in order to help the team when we were short handed.

Preformed many standard teller duties such as preform deposits, withdrawals, gather account information, cross sell products and assist customers with any of their needs.
