Responsible for establishing operations outside of Quebec in dealing with physicians, medical clinics, retail pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies.Enrolled almost 1000 physicians in the Ontario market with several major medical clinics (MCI, ICC, AIM, etc) committed to contracts. Negotiated contacts with several of the major pharmacy chains in Ontario such as Wal-Mart, SDM, Katz Group, Metro, Zellers and Medical Pharmacies. In most cases, conducted pilot projects ensuring that physicians sent copies of their scripts to the pharmacy in advance resulting in better health care for their patients.Assisted in developing the technology to allow pharmacy adjudicators such as Kroll, TELUS, SDM, Fillware and Nexus to interface with electronic prescribing services.Worked with several EMR companies such as P&P Data, Oscar, Nightingale and HealthScreen to interface systems. This ensured that physicians had the latest medical record technology combined with the best electronic prescribing system.Developed a revenue steam with the major pharmaceutical companies to actively promote awareness, continuing medical education and new drug information on branded products to physicians.

Responsible for pharmaceutical relationships and contracting medical clinics.Initiated the first contract with MCI, a group of 26 medical clinics in the Toronto area and 7 clinics in Alberta. Signing major clinic groups (AIM Health Group and Albany Clinics) to long-term contractual agreements.Initiated strategic relationships with branded and generic pharmaceutical companies to support the launch of the PharmaTrust Dispensary.
