Researched legal issues, drafted memoranda of law, and advised the judge of legal issues underlying cases appearing before the court. Wrote preliminary decisions for cases appearing before the court. Mediated cases appearing before the Small Claims Court and the Special Civil Court.

Represented indigent clients in criminal cases. Personally appeared and argued in court on behalf of these clients. I also worked on all aspects of a criminal appeal from a manslaughter conviction. Assisted in a criminal trial which involved threatened use of weapons of mass destruction by participating in witness interviews, and researching issues of law prior to and throughout trial.
