As a Platform Systems Engineer my main duties involved all aspects of Wintel Administration to the business. On a day to day basis these include Group Policy Management, Server Management, Fulfilling tickets logged by the Helpdesk and escalated by Level's 1 and 2 engineers.Other tasks include management of VMware Templates and VMware ESX Management.Key Achievements in the role have been Migrating users from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. Site Engineer for Franklin St Office. My main duties in this role were to oversee the day to day operations of all aspects of End User Computing on site. These included resolving Tickets logged by the Help Desk as well as looking for new ways to simplify and streamline support.Other tasks included Managing SOE Development and Deployment as well managing SMS/SCCM Deployment of applications.

This included Operating System Deployment and Fulfilling tickets logged by the Help desk.Other tasks included managing custom built in house applications and managing client systems such as Siebel and Impact 360.Key achievements in this role included migrating all users from NT4 to Active Directory and developing a Asset Tracker to manage all IT Equipment on site.
