Michael Leong Choon Fai has more than 30 years' experience in the planning, development, marketing and management of shopping centres across a number of Asian countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan and China. His last appointment was with Keppel Land Retail Ltd where as Chief Executive Officer, he spearheaded the retail real estate division till 31 December 2017. Currently, he is the director and founder of Array Holdings Private Ltd, offering mall marketing and management services to a select clientele. At the peak of his career, Michael's portfolio of Assets Under Management (AUM) of 11 malls exceeded US$ 5 billion and with an aggregate gross floor area of about 600,000 sq metres, produced a rent roll of more than US$ 300 million annually. Michael's career path included stints as Centre Manager of Parkway Parade, Marina Square and subsequently CEO of Jurong Point and also CEO of AsiaMalls which included centres like Tiong Bahru Plaza, White Sands, Hougang Mall, Tampines One, Century Square and Liang Court. As Property Director of Guthrie, Michael also spearheaded the development, marketing and management of Nex.Apart from Singapore, Michael also has experience in the marketing and management of malls in China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Vietnam.
