Key client projects include:▪ Programme management for a leading synthetic diamond manufacturing company - Responsible for technical programme management across digital transformation, security and manufacturing projects, driving cross functional teams to achieve agreed business outcomes.▪ Business consulting and advisory for a global medical diagnostics company – Creation of a new group IT Operating Model (ITOM) following growth through M&A.

I lead a team of talented and experienced solution managers across the UK, France and Germany. Together, we help the sales team win new business globally, and provide support throughout the life cycle of a contract. Our goal is to understand contractual services customer's requirements and then scope and cost an innovative and relevant solution. At any one time I am accountable for a portfolio of 85 contractual services projects with a combined TCV in excess of £1bn.

• Build, lead and accountable for technical teams spanning multiple technology streams across a diverse set of customers and sectors. Including: Vocalink, Visa, Lloyds Bank, NHS Digital, Agility, Hays, Post Office, RR, Vodafone and Network Rail.• My breadth of capability spans pre sales, solution architecture, technical delivery management, business consulting and IT transformation advisory across workplace, datacenter and cloud. Work includes responding to tenders, building cost models, solution and service design and service maturity assessments. In 2020 the latter led to £15M+ Professional Services revenue over 3 years.• Responsible for commercial levers associated with the technical deliverables and balancing technical and commercial priorities.• Performance measured through feedback and successful project outcomes for both the customer and Computacenter. On time, on budget and to scope. • Requirements management and traceability throughout the engagement life cycle.• Provide governance and assurance across Professional Services engagements as chair and contributor to the Technical Review panel.• Deliver both the Requirements Methodology Enablement and the Consultancy Framework Methodology training courses to new and current Professional Services employees. These are created using industry frameworks and Computacenter's digital transformation best practice.

A secondment working full time with the Consultancy Practice Leadership Team in a new Business and Operational Excellence Function to Drive Enablement, Adoption, Enforcement and Successful Business and Cultural Change. A key objective was to reduce COPQ across the practice.

A variety of leadership roles including:• Line management responsibility for the design team at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. Made up of 12 solution architects and 8 test and automation engineers.• Trusted advisor and Solution Architect for Lloyds Banking Group in London. My work culminated in a Service Maturity Assessment for Lloyds Digital Banking Platform which led to increased uptime and security for their next generation mobile banking app.• Network Rail migration consultant. Created a migration design through reverse engineering a complex set of applications that communicate externally over the internet. Regularly presented progress to C-level execs.• Vodafone Datacenter Migration. Led a team of 12 consultants and partners through a complex migration that had no margin for failure. Months of planning and preparation completed in two weekends of successful migration in Ireland.• Visa Datacenter Design and Build. Led a team of 10 consultants to design and build highly resilient infrastructure. Technologies included VMware, vSphere and Cisco NSX.

Responsible for a budget of £400k and the resilient design, build and testing of a new BMC software platform for our Managed Services customers. Enhancing both Computacenter's ability to anticipate and respond to customer issues and the customer experience.

• Technical Architect and trusted advisor for Deutsche Bank over 3 years. Responsible for the planning, design and build of 3 x cutting edge datacenters across the UK, Germany and the USA. Included travel and leading teams at each location. • Pioneered a new datacenter provisioning model which allowed full racks of pre configured and pre cabled infrastructure to be ordered with one click. Built off site, wheeled in, connected and ready to go. The provisioning model was developed further to fully automate supply to meet demand.

Technical consultant at ING Bank where I was responsible for enhancing server availability and resolving issues relating to mission critical infrastructure. Prior to this I was the Team Leader at UBS Warburg, where I led a new team of 6 system analysts to drive datacenter efficiency, supporting over 1000 servers across multiple sites.

Graduated from University and entered Sun’s highly regarded graduate scheme rotating around the business, through design, operations, support and consultancy. Underwent extensive training in Solaris (UNIX), Networking, Sun Systems, Storage, Advanced Troubleshooting Techniques, Team Leadership and Strategy.

During my time at University I took a year out before my final year for a professional placement. At this leading software development company I learned about object oriented design and programming and the software development lifecycle. Working on a variety of projects ranging from tracking and extrapolating satellite data, to redesigning in house processes and tools to minimise or remove unnecessary human intervention. One example is the weekly manual upload of 100 individual timesheets into a database. The process became fully automated and included the ability to run reports, significantly reducing the time management spent getting the data they needed. During my time at TTP I used MS Visual Studio tools such as VB, C++ and became an expert in Microsoft Office Visual Basic for Applications.
