Established Denver branch office . Created new branding, service protocols, marketing initiatives, goals, and execution plan. Based on positive marketing efforts and necessity, hired and managed two independent adjusters, while performing general adjusting duties. Adjusted several large loss house fires, handled general liability claims, and served as the carriers named appraiser on Insured / Attorney induced appraisals. Generated branch billing revenue in excess of $100k in first 8 months of operation. Generated branch billing revenue in excess of $400k at 30 months of operation. Provided property claim adjusting and estimating services for homeowner and commercial risks. Implemented and developed marketing plan and materials to promote service offerings to insurance carriers, independent adjusting firms and attorneys. Successfully handled and resolved over two thousand claims with claimants, public adjusters, and contractors. Exhibited empathetic customer service and timely output in high stress environments during Catastrophe assignments for Hurricanes Wilma, Charlie, Gustav, Ike, and Katrina.

Full time multi-line claims representative handling southern Colorado territory. Responsible for adjusting all aspects of the claim from inception to resolution, including automobile property damage, automobile bodily injury, general liability property damage, commercial inland marine, first and third party damage, and workers compensation claims. Policy holder retention and customer service required personal visits to insured premises, and agency offices.
