Blackbird is Australia and New Zealand's largest venture capital company. Grew podcast listenership from 20,000 to 50,000 by using email marketing, coordinated press campaigns, and social media marketing.Wrote content that performed 10x better than previous efforts on channels like LinkedIn.Transformed the value proposition of the podcast such that it became one of Blackbird's most strategic lead generators for talent, with over 50% of new hires from some of Australia’s fastest growing startups (Eucalyptus, Dovetail, and Vow) mentioning the podcast as a key part of their decision to join the company.

The World Sleep Championship is a global sleep racing competition. HelpMate was a startup aimed at helping people living with dementia lead more independent lives by empowering carers.• Pitched on behalf of our team for MYMI's (Monash Young Medtech Innovators) MedHack 2021 competition, winning the competition• Conducted user interviews with over 100 people, including geriatricians, carers, people living with dementia, and occupational therapists• Began developing educational products to assist carers with navigating the government grant programs available to themUltimately, I left once I realized that this was the kind of problem space wherein a fantastic solution would take many years to come to fruition due to the sensitive and regulated nature of the industry. Problems exist here, I think it'd take a portion of a lifetime to solve them with the attention they deserve.

Prosple runs the biggest graduate jobs boards in Australia and New Zealand.Helped launch Prosple in the Philippines, assisting in organizing the first virtual career fair in the country, attracting 6000 unique visitors and 33 corporate partners to the event.Attracted over 22,000 visitors to the website throughout the campaign.Wrote a press release for the Philippine Daily Inquirer, the largest newspaper in the country,driving ~10,000 website visits and ~2000 event sign ups.

Elevate Education is Australia's largest study-skills workshop provider. Here, I travelled all throughout Victoria presenting to high schoolers.I held a 98 NPS after presenting to over 900 people.The sessions touched on topics like time management, effective exam-taking, and goal setting. During my time at Elevate, I further honed my public speaking ability and improved my capacity to interact, engage with, and adapt to audiences. Because the role had us speaking with high schoolers from around the state, every single session was unique, requiring us to be resilient and flexible to respond to unexpected situations.
