12 years in the industry and experienced in both front and back of house operations as well as all of the administrative work required to maintain and analyse the companies performance. Traditionally culinary trained I have been leading and managing kitchens of restaurants and hotel’s in Sydney until early last year where I moved to Singapore where I was the Restaurants operations manager for 3 restaurants and 3 semi-restaurants under CBTL. This gave me great exposure to the Singapore environment and culture as well as looking deeper into the setting up, location and conceptual ideas of what and where a restaurant should be to bring a successful return. I am eager to seek new and exciting opportunities to further develop myself. If there is something I have not previous experienced or learnt I am quick to ensure I pick up the skill and meet the needs of the position. I’m a perfectionist within my career and always strive for the best results. At the end of the day, having been a chef for 10 years, pushing myself throughout my career and pulling over 100 hour weeks to meet company needs I am a person who works in this industry with passion as the key driver, and continue to do so.
