To run the charity and it's national office on a day-to-day basis in conjunction with the Managing Trustee. To develop and implement business plans covering service delivery, lobbying & influencing, volunteer management, finance, risk and all key aspects of the charity's work.To also act as the Company Secretary.

Fulfilling regulatory requirements of Companies House, the Charity Commission, the Companies Act, SORP accounting, etc. Developing good governance.Reporting to the CEO and working with trustees, the role also includes deveopment and implementation of marketing strategy and providing guidance on customer relationship management. Preparation of budgets and financial management reporting and preparation of annual reports and accounts. Managing financial systems and controls and reports to grant providers and stakeholders. Managing Sage (formerly VT) acconts. Implemented and maintenance of a membership database.Assisting in the running of all aspects of the charities work.

Reporting the CEO and trustees as a member of the Senior Management Team. I provide financial management, accounting and administration and of the charity, including banking, bookkeeping, monthly reconciliation of accounts, budgeting, management information reporting, financial controls, financial statements, analysis and forecasts. I ensure statutory requirements are met such as with Companies House, HMRC, the Charity Commission as well as grant providers such as the DfE.·Provision of business and office services, including administration of salaries and pensions as well as ensuring the safety of the office and insurance cover for staff and volunteers.·I supporting a direct staff report and manage stakeholders throughout the organisation. I provide marketing and membership services support.
