Manage and train PQE(Project Quality Engineering in the overall project life cylce) and MQC (Manufacturing Quality Control including IPQA, OQA and OBA).Organize overall weekly quality meeting and 6 CFT(Customer Focused Team)'s project quality meeting with whole Ops/Sourcing management team from PE, IE, TE, PQE, PD and SQE function for quality performance, top issues FA/CA, Non-conformities and CIP activities from back end to front end processes. Be responsible for overall quality performance control and customer quality scorecard management and improvement.Initiate FMEA training and PFMEA application in manufacturing Ops org. for preventative actions through joint team effort at early stage.Review and approve PQE's 8D report, quality monthly reports and Control Plan before send it to customer.Manage incoming quality inspection for all the BOM parts of EE, ME, Retail Package and Others in factory.

Align with Sales people and PM to manage customer quality functional activities and improvement programs. Be responsible for the quality scorecard improvement (part of QBR).Stand in manufacturing operations.Key components and strategic supplier development.Identify field incidents, coordinate containment actions in urgencies, push effective corrective actions from manufacturing process and components providers, study on preventative actions from product / process re-design and summarize in DFXX.

Takes quality accountability worldwide for major OEM customers and merged business (own retail product sell to OEM customers).Manage the field performance and CIPs.Coordinate the corrective actions for quality excursions.Conduct NPI activities at manufacturing operations with OEM customers. Ensure clean launch for major models.

Wujiang City

New Project Introduction for all eleccom customers and Manufacturing Site Migration program (from TW to Suzhou China) at operational function.Support Lead Free and RoHS program at operational function (Solder Alloy selection, Stencil specs and Component Qualification runs) per customer requestCreate Product / Process Control Plan for VIP projects.Develop SPC tool kits for identified key parameters in the manufacturing processes (PCBA, Case Assembly).Joint Quality Engineering function between Dell and Factory Operations, certified Green Belt BPI and Process Capbility by Dell SEQ.
