Mathematical theory of coupled systems of nonlinear differential equations over complex networks (global stability, synchronization, clustering, ranking problems).2. Mathematical modeling of complex dynamics of the interaction of viral infection and immune responses.3. Mathematical modeling of complex dynamics of the transmission and global spread of infectious diseases.4. Developing analysis and assessment tools using mathematical models for public health data, for instance, estimation of HIV incidence, prevalence, and death from surveillance data using transmission models.Awards:1.
