Manage the physical interfaces between the aircraft and propulsion system through the Interface Control Document change process. F100 International Engineering Manager - Provide F100 technical support to international customers. Lead field investigations at a system level. Provide integration for spares and cold start hardware reviews. Coordinate customer technical reviews.F100-PW-220 Model Manager - Lead a group of engineers responsible for design integration of the F100-PW-220 engine. Work with module centers to ensure that Component Improvement Program tasks meet the engine configuration requirements, including reliability, maintainability, safety, durability, life, weight, cost, quality and schedule. Lead field safety investigations at a system level. F119 Value Stream Manager - Reduce process time and assembly cost of the F119 exhaust nozzle. Implement process certification to manufacturing processes throughout the business unit. Streamline manufacturing and assembly process to increase inventory turnover times.

Working to reduce cycle time of military engines through the test and pack cycle. Coordinate activities to ensure a smooth process flow of the military engines through final customer acceptance and delivery to the field. Implemented a government furnished equipment inspection and repair process for engine trailers to eliminate field complaints from our customers.

Coordinated the transportation and shipping of all production engines from the Engine Center. Managed production hardware needed to support all engines in test building. Supervised the hourly materials organization at test. Used the ACE process to establish military pack carts for shipping material to be consistent with the commercial shipping process.

Worked as the liaison between P&W and our military customers, ensuring that P&W was meeting their expectations and needs. Reviewed all customer contractual requirements to ensure the company was in compliance. Worked with the module centers CIPT's, the program office and manufacturing to identify and work through all issues concerning the start up of the 229 production line after being shut down for a period of one year.

Provided technical support to the Turbine Airfoils Center of Excellence laser lab. Instituted 6 Sigma quality initiatives to reduce process variation while meeting customer delivery requirements. Implement programs to optimize producibility and product flow while reducing cycle time, manufacturing losses, and shop costs.

Provided leadership as acting manager for Assembly Support Operations during a four-month management transition. Coordinate the effort of various organizations to work from a common schedule. Utilize project management tools and software to establish reliable planned completion dates. This process reduced overtime costs and established customer confidence in proposed project completion dates. Directed the efforts of the development engine assembly organization to supply technically correct planning to the assembly floor in a timely manner. Supervised the assembly of jet engines. Provided written production assembly procedures. Initiated programs to reduce labor costs and manufacturing losses. Resolved technical issues to maintain assembly schedules, and performed detailed hardware reviews at supplier plants.
