Throughout my career in sales leadership, I've enjoyed recruiting and developing successful sales teams and maintaining and evolving, collaborative and all-around winning culture. My efforts are focused on developing sales reps to run efficient and effective sales processes that utilize relevant sales techniques, current market conditions and understanding the client's organizational goals/challenges/decision process. I have managed the creation and implementation of strategic business development ideas, value propositions, and programs to drive significant business results, optimize territory, hunt new opportunities and leverage partnerships to expand pipeline and sales. Furthermore, I have mentored other sales leaders and championed many internal initiatives. Previous positions included District Manager TotalSource (Sales Rep). I was the founding District Manager/SDM for ADP Resource, where I successfully sold ADP's new HR Administrative Services Offering in the Long Island market. This culminated in the promotion to Sales Executive for ADP Resource, where I built the first ever sales team for Resource and drove expansion to the Triboro market. I later handled the spinoff of ADP Comprehensive HR Services under the title Sales Executive HRO Solutions.
