I'm an organizer.When I was younger, I would organize summer camps. As I got older, I organized group flights. When I got even older, I entered the workforce and organized warehouses. Then, I joined my father-in-law's business, Culinary Depot, and got right to work doing what I do best.Organizing and planning.Within a few months, I had organized the company into 6 divisions - Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounting, Operations and IT. To this day, that's how we keep things running smoothly. Every division has systems and people that do their best work to make our customers feel the best.Our slogan is our mission:Because the right equipment is everything.We apply that internally and externally. On a daily business, I coordinate with the sales manager, brainstorm marketing campaigns, meet with HR, review the financials, plan for the future and research new tech.
