• Key responsibilities Compliance:
• Point of contact within the Controllership/Financial Shared Services (FSS) team for any queries in relation to SOX/Key Operational controls, and compliance with same across the International markets.
• Responsible for SOX training across RTR, OTC and PTP business functions in the FSS.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems, policies and procedures including compliance with the worldwide Controller’s manual and adapt same to local use where necessary.
• Full responsibility for planning of group and all statutory audits with E&Y for the EMEA region.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.

• Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for the monthly and quarterly reporting process to our headquarters in Israel for entities in: Ireland, (Turnover $1bn, Gross Assets $370m)UK (Consisting of branches in UK, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland.
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations pack.
• Preparation of VAT, VIES, return of trading details and other statistical returns for the relevant entities.
• Preparation and posting of the quarterly tax provisions.
• Main point of contact for auditors during preparation of UK consolidated financial statements.

• Full responsibility for the audit of financial statements.
• Leading audit teams while reporting to manager and audit partner.
• Attending and completing stock takes, both in Ireland and abroad.
• Managing time and reporting to tight deadlines.
• Managing junior members of staff and reviewing work completed.

• Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for the audit of financial statements.
• Preparation and submission of Corporation Tax and Income Tax returns.
• Assisting in the training and supervision of junior staff members, which involved scheduling and reviewing of work, for inclusion in audit and audit exempt files.
• Attending meetings with partners and clients, to review financial statements and make final adjustments.
• Monthly reporting for a large international company.
