Daily functions of the team also included editing and annotating measurement data, volume regulatory reporting, maintaining and controlling address book data, maintaining and controlling Master File (cost centers, AFEs, and JIB DO) in JDE system, and managing an outsourced owner support website and call center.Large projects included leading the replacement of Excalibur system for QRA / QLS, completing implementation of Enterprise Upstream replacing five different production accounting systems across the division, implementing AFE Navigator, and driving multiple accounting policy changes across the division.

Responsibilities included mapping existing processes with a client team and creating new, more efficient processes. Lead analyst for Arthur Andersen's annual international upstream oil & gas G&A study. The study encompassed six continents and ten countries. Analysis included identifying largest areas for improvement through linear regression. Responsibilities included coordination with worldwide clients to collect and normalize data and creation of regression model to build reports to clients.
