Subaccount lead for the DHS subaccount. o Responsible for 11 financial analysts under the subaccount and their portfolio of work. o Primary owner of multiple monthly reports to include profit, variance, risk, and monthly review meetings. Responsible for commenting on where the large variances were and if the variances could be made up within the period of performance. o The risk report would look at current known risk as well as potential future risk and provide a statusupdate and estimated resolution explanation and timeframe. o Program Monthly Reviews would highlight certain contracts and provide a briefing on status, issues, and financial performance in the different business channels in the subaccount. o Attended and presented in monthly meetings with executive stakeholders to report on certain metrics and suggest recommendations for improvements. o Lead over the revenue projection tool for the entire Justice, Homeland and Transportation (JHT) account, which involved multiple Excel files and a PowerPoint export. Manipulated the Excel Macros in order to make it more time and process efficient. o Career manager for three staff. Project Controller in charge of the complete contract life cycle for multiple contracts (Time & Materials andFirm Fixed Price) to include monthly estimate to complete analysis, risk mitigation and profit analysis.o Manage and update financial spreadsheets for contracts to ensure we are coming in on the funding target, maximizing profit and mitigating risk. o Make suggestions to task leads on how to deal with potential issues to include underrun/overrun issues or profit thresholds being too low.o Prepare Monthly Status Reports (MSR) and monthly Program Management Review (PMR) charts which are used to brief top level program managers as well as the officers on the contract.o Review monthly invoices to the government to ensure all charges being billed out are accurate. o Responsible for labor category mapping and individual profitability.o Document travel approval for contracts and help to gather backup documentation for invoicing.o Directly manage subcontracts.
