• In charge of export documentations in different piers in the Philippines• Coordinates with Shipping lines/ Shipping Agent/ Surveyor to finalize the Bill of Lading.• Ensure completeness of Bills of Lading prior to arrival of goods to its port of destination.• Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing goods against invoices and other documents.• Counter check and ensures all rates applied on the manifest complies against tariff and approved special rates.• Coordinates discrepancies, errors and missing charges directly to the Agents concern.• Verify container on manifest against load list and draft BL (Bill of Lading) sent by agents.• Record and monitor goods to be shipped and affix identifying information and shipping instruction.• Monitor the loading of export shipment in pier.

• Correct, process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, vendor statements, and journal vouchers.• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable to appropriate accounts.• Encode, update, and/or retrieve accounting data from SAP.• Posts financial data to appropriate accounts in SAP according to instructions.• Reconciles transactions, financial data, and other information in SAP.• Collaborate with shipping department and ensure efficient flow of all shipments and manage inventory of all products on monthly and annual basis.• Identify and deliver various raw materials for production and perform quality checks according to company policies and procedures. • Maintain accuracy of all counts and ensure authenticity of all information. • Assist to maintain stock at appropriate location in warehouse and rotate stock to remove all old stock. • Prepare stock status reports, perform physical inventory counts, maintain count of all merchandise and prepare reports for all shortages.
