When we are communicating, we exhange information all the time. To learn how to make a good bowl of cendol, we must know the ratio of the ingredients; To learn how to build a successful business, we must know the behind story of the business and functioning system.Michael graduated from University of Western Australia with a degree of Bachelor in Commerce. He was once inspired by Robert T Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Dad when he was at the age of 14. After that he choose to get involve in business and learn with his dad as Mr.Alex Lim is a business man in Malaysia. Through out the years, he has acquired the basic knowledge from University and business knowledge from his dad and one of his mentor Mr. Chew (a former University teacher who holds a MBA degree with several career).After Michael graduated, he joined a internship in Zalora Malaysia (Marketplace). From this internship, Michael has experienced on how a company generates and learnt the system they used for the company. He was assigned as On Boarding Team (Team that assist new merchant to get live in Zalora). His job is to teach seller how to get use to Zalora system and assist them when they need help. He has dealt witth over 150 new seller after 3 months of training.
