Michael is employed as a full time professional Fire Investigator for ACS Investigative Services, specializing in fire and fraud investigations. He currently maintains Certified Fire Investigator designation through the International Association of Arson Investigators and the state of Missouri, and Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator designation through the National Association of Fire Investigators. Mr. Limmer is licensed as a private/fire investigator in Missouri and Illinois, and was previously licensed as a private investigator in Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Tennessee and Indiana. Michael has been certified in Federal, State and local courts as an expert witness in the fire investigative field. Assigned to the St. Louis Fire Department's Fire Investigation Unit for 11 years, Michael retired from the department in 1998, after 20 years of service. Prior to his career with ACS, Mr. Limmer was employed as a Fire Investigator with Investigative Resources Global, a subsidiary of London-based Royal/Sun Alliance Insurance. During that time, he conducted fire and explosion investigations throughout the United States and internationally.
