- Defined and implemented quality control standards for titanium and carbon fiber mountain bike frames- Tracked, reported, and managed quality control issues and resolutions with multiple factories overseas- Managed building and packing of high end custom bicycles to ensure sales orders were completed and shipped on time

- Managed design and construction of challenge course and high ropes elements with a focus on creativity and safety- Collaborated with engineers and contractors to successfully design and build the longest zip-line in Texas consisting of four parallel three thousand foot cables- Managed six employees as well as large volunteer groups to facilitate construction of high ropes elements and maintenance of trail systems
