Senior Account Representative
CurrentContacts business customers on their premises for the sale and servicing of items of Directory Advertising and New Products and Services. Develops strategic account plans based on industry trending and customer analysis.Represents the company in contacting assigned business accounts for selling and servicing of advertising and New Products and Services, explaining the value of AT&T's suite of products to new customers and present advertisers in order to sell new advertising programs, protect and increase existing advertising and minimize decreases and cancellations.Formulates and executes complex plans for sales/service programs covering several different campaigns over a period of a year. These plans focus on identifying customer needs and selling advertising solutions that both meet revenue objectives and satisfy customer needs.
