Led a customer-facing team in the US and Europe to develop and refine complete electrochemical manufacturing processes for electrical connectors and printed circuit boards and novel applications involving the deposition of metal on plastic, ceramic, and metallic substrates for electronic and industrial manufacturing. Scaled up new products from the R&D group to test for process robustness and deployed those products at customers for beta testing, qualification, and commercialization in automotive, aerospace, and consumer electronics markets.

Developed novel electrolytic and chemical processes for the deposition of metal, metal alloys, and metal composites as well as the cleaning, etching, and post treatment of metallized surfaces for electronic and industrial manufacturing applications. Focused on the formulation of electroplating baths and related products for the manufacturing of electronic connectors, printed circuit boards, passive components and integrated circuit packaging including electrolytic nickel, tin, silver, copper, gold, and alloys thereof. Led project developing the first industrially viable boric acid-free electrolytic nickel plating process resulting in 4 patent applications and 2 granted patents.
