He helps them develop and execute real estate strategies with strong foundations in analytics and logic, interpreting data and trends so his clients can make confident decisions. Ultimately, it is about assisting clients to create a workplace where employees can thrive and contribute to growing the impact on community and profitability of the organization. He has completed multiple headquarters projects, including top ten office deals in New York City, Nashville, Tampa and Silicon Valley in his career. As a principal and board member of Colliers Atlanta, Michael has a unique perspective on the impact of real estate costs on professional and healthcare firms, and employs strategies to reduce risks and costs. In recent years, Michael has used his background in corporate strategy to assist growing healthcare practices navigate the complexities of real estate, advising on leasing, joint ventures, acquisitions, development and sale-leasebacks. Michael is a three-time #1 producer in the Colliers International Atlanta office. He has won multiple Colliers International Everest Club awards and multiple Costar Power Broker awards, including both in 2017. He is a Colliers Healthcare Fellow, on the Colliers Healthcare Services Steering Committee, and member of the prestigious Colliers Tenant Advisory Council, enabling him to provide best in class service to his local and national clients. In the community, Michael is honored to be a member of Leadership Atlanta Class of 2019, and currently serves on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta and the Board of Trustees of The Weber School. He has served on numerous non-profit boards and committees, often advising on strategic planning and real estate matters. Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University in 1989 and lives in Sandy Springs with his family.
