As a graduate of the Rutgers’ Executive Masters in Public Administration program, I serve as a Vice President at RWJBarnabas Health. For the past 23 years, I have leveraged my public health expertise to revolutionize and transform care delivery systems using an empathetic, upstream, and comprehensive patient-centered approach to prevent and address complex social care issues.Serving as a champion of health justice with a particular focus on substance use disorder, I use my leadership abilities to address the unique needs of those most affected by health disparities by fostering accessible, quality healthcare for all. My work is grounded in the firm belief that health justice is a fundamental human right, and everyone, regardless of their background, deserves barrier-free access to quality healthcare.
