I am passionate about designing affordable and sustainable packaging/crating that allows our customers confidence that their product will arrive damage-free. I started my career at Crating Technology and have hands-on experience with every department and tool. This experience allows me to effectively coach and manage our expanding team while also proactively identifying problems for our customers. Understanding the benefit of my blended experience, I’ve used that same methodology to develop our crew members ensuring each has the skills of a carpenter, mill man, packer, and designer with the ultimate goal of providing unparalleled products and service. Through my leadership, Crating Technology has become the premiere AZ-based crating company with YoY revenue growth for the past 5 years and a continually expanding customer base in a variety of industries (aerospace, semi-conductor, defense, renewable energies, etc.).
