About Michael Loch

I started off in retail stores as a normal associate and began learning how to become an efficient leader. I transitioned to working with marketing with Best Buy where I learned how to manage different projects and communicate with different companies to effectively design displays in stores or conduct remodels. I was offered a position with Time Warner Cable as a Customer Service Specialist where I assisted customers with any issues they were having with the services. I then moved up into a technical order fulfillment analyst for the company where I worked on all the fiber and VOIP voice products including configuration, installation, and virtual maintenance. This lead me into a Sr business analyst position within the company on the systems readiness team where I conducted requirement gathering, managed testing efforts, and ensured what was requested from the business was fulfilled. During this time I lead multiple projects to enhance the companies current systems to expand automation, capacity, and reduction of touch points through combining systems. This lead into my promotion into a Program Manager where I continue to lead multiple high end projects for the company in order to build efficiency and cash flow while make sure what is developed meets the business requirements. Im currently leading multiple efforts for system migrations, security patching, automation projects, and new system integrations.
