I established internal modeling standards and trained the CEA team on emerging best practices and techniques, launched CEA's performance analysis and optimization service, and developed internal tools for tasks such as capacity testing, correlating ground and satellite irradiance datasets, and modeling snow and particulate soiling losses.

I was responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of juwi's fleet of utility-scale PV projects. I adapted and improved internal MATLAB reporting functions to incorporate new equipment and project designs, identify downtime events, calculate lost energy, compare actual plant performance to energy model expectations, and forecast future energy production.

I monitored over 150 MW of utility-scale solar projects in real-time, from sunrise to sunset. I determined the optimal response to any plant alarms, and worked with site personnel to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. I used these insights to help inform design and equipment choices on future projects, and reported performance metrics to internal and external project stakeholders.
