Michael Loer is an expert of integrated marketing communication and has more than a decade experience in strategic and operational Marketing disciplines in B2B and B2C.He studied Business Administration in Mainz, DE with major subjects Strategic Marketing and General Management followed by a postgraduate MBA studies in Paderborn, DE. Loer successively has extended his knowledge by advanced trainings e.g. at IMD in Lausanne, CH or at Shanghai Administration Institute, CN.He worked at sales and marketing departments in SME as well in corporations as Product-, Project-, Marketing- and Brand Manager. He is familiar with managing broad product portfolios and their lifecycles, using adequate up-to-date channel marketing tools and finally, in making various processes more efficient, effective and optimizing profit for the organization.As Head of International Marketing Communication he built up marketing divisions from scratch and worked in different corporate strategy projects as a Consultant. How to run internal and external communication and to manage intercultural teams within matrix organizations is one of his special disciplines. Thus Loer became appointed as Director Business Development and was delegated to The Netherlands. After that he joins the international Bosch Group and was appointed as Director Brand Management in the division Thermo TechnologiesIn 2013 he has established his own sales and marketing consultancy and has been advised SME in the areas of health, auditors, tax accountants, financial services, mechanical- and plant engeenering, regenerative energies and e-mobility.In addition to his professional activities, Loer is also a lecturer for General Business Administration and International Marketing at various Universities of Applied Science (e.g. in Mainz, Wiesbaden, Bingen and Lisbon) for many years.
