Senior finance professional (qualified Chartered Accountant) with > 20 years management experience in financial, investment, operational, corporate finance and debt capital markets roles in the European real estate sector. Responsibilities include: Debt origination and debt management: raising and restructuring (corporate/SPVs) of in excess of £1.5bn of real estate debt for UK and European investments and leading lender relationships and reporting. Responsible for delivery of banking investment memorandums for prospective lenders. Structuring, establishment and operational management of funds, SPVs and JVs across European jurisdictions.Leading the corporate acquisitions and disposals of large portfolios of real estate investments, negotiating sale and purchase agreements, managing due diligence processes (primarily financial and tax due diligence). Managing corporate financial management processes, including budgeting, cash flow management, tax structuring, audits, strategic input into asset business plans. Investor reporting: financial and asset performance reporting, managing investor queries.
