Roles & Responsibilities:• Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products.• Create a positive image and lead consumers to purchase Backsberg products• Distribute product samples. • Set up booths, promotional stands, and window displays as well as stocking products. • Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples distributed etc.)• Advertise the various wine products and having in depth knowledge of each wine.• Handling customer complaints or handing the complaints over to higher management.
