Career - I am civil engineer with over 20 years experience on civil infrastructure projects in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States, focused predominantly in water and wastewater conveyance.Never one to pigeonholed, I have undertaken a broad range of project roles throughout my career, having been involved in and lead planning studies and project identification, participated in and lead design teams from concept all the way to detailed design, performed engineering services during construction, construction management, commissioning and asset management.Though primarily focused on the technical (design) aspect of engineering during the first 10 years of my career, I have and continue to transition into team leadership and senior project management roles, mentoring younger engineers, helping to shape the next wave of designers.Personal - Easy going guy that puts in the hard yards when required but enjoys socializing outside of office hours.
