Michael currently holds a position as Joint Managing Director at Ausbuild. Joining the company in 1999, Michael has progressively worked through the ranks from the ground up holding Project Administrator, Development and Funds Manager and Development Director positions. After developing a firm understanding of the business, in 2008 Michael was promoted to the role of Joint Managing Director and is today jointly responsible for the strategic direction of the Ausbuild’s large development portfolio, the company’s day-to-day operations, its future direction and over 130 staff.Michaels strengths are derived from a long career in cost management and project feasibility studies where he developed a succinct practical working knowledge of the mechanics of property development including the art of negotiation with Industry, Government and Vendors. His now consolidated project management skills enable an on the ground understanding of what are strategically achievable outcomes for the greater Ausbuild business.
