With more than 18 years of work experience in supply chain management and inventory control, I am currently an Operator at Eli Lilly and Company, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the world. In this role, I apply my skills in Kanban and Software to lead team huddles ensure the quality and efficiency of our receipt processes and systems. I also demonstrate my attention to detail and problem solving abilities to handle any issues or challenges that arise in the operation. Prior to joining Eli Lilly, I was a Supply Chain Management Associate at Bio Convergence, where I supported the delivery of innovative solutions for life sciences clients. Before that, I was an Inventory Control Lead at Baker & Taylor, where I managed the accuracy and availability of the inventory for the largest distributor of books and entertainment products. In addition to my work experience, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University, to enhance my knowledge and skills in the field of IT. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to improve the performance and quality of the products and services that I work with. I am also committed to collaborating with my team and contributing to the mission and vision of Eli Lilly and Company.
