Current1: Pre-scoping investigation & cost estimating2: Concept Planning & Drafting of Complete Streets:- Retrofit or increase capacity of pedestrian accessways throughout roadway using: Shared Use Paths, Intersection Bump outs, Traffic Control Methods, ADA Compliant sidewalk and wheelchair ramp design, Road Diet for Bike Lane Implementation.- Increase permeable area within project site for groundwater restoration- Implement vegetation and trees where possible and appropriate- Investigate various methods of retrofitting stormwater treatment methods to existing conditions. Methods include implementing Sand Filters, Cascade Separators, Bioretention Curb Planters/Tree Boxes3: Field Investigations Evaluating:- ADA Compliance, Compliance with National/State/Municipal Specification Standards, Failed Sewer/Drainage Systems, & Pavement Quality/Condition4: Corridor Modelling5: Drafting Plansets (Highway, Roadway, Intersections, & Pedestrian Passageways)6: Construction quantity & cost estimating7: Generate Legal Descriptions for ROW Easements & Takings- Research Historic Deed and property survey information8: Assemble Job Specific/Standard Specifications & Advertising Contract Book
