Site Acquisition and Environmental Design activities for Wireless Mobile Greenfield and Brownfield sites for Telstra within New South Wales. I operated at the ‘Coal Face’ negotiating numerous successful site acquisitions of Greenfield, Brownfield sites, Colocation sites and the installation of Distributed Antenna Systems within Shopping Centres to facilitate the expansion and upgrade of Telstra’s Wireless Mobile Network. Acquired 150+ Telstra Cellular Telecommunication sites (New South Wales and Victoria, Australia).

Portfolio Asset Management of MWB Business Exchange Limited (United Kingdom and Western Europe) leased and freehold property including the negotiating the surrender of Western European lease exposures.Key player in the establishment of ‘Flexi Leases’, divestment of surplus freehold property and the leasing of vacant and/or surplus space.
