Involved with the project to move the dividend process from London to Stirling, this included writing new processes, ensuring the efficiency of the of the dividend process was maximised to ensure a smooth transition whilst training the staff in Stirling.Making sure that all dividend data, tax data was correctly reflected on the system.Advisind the staff in Kolkata with all dividend, reconciliation and tax related questions.

Involved with the project to bring the prime brokerage dividends process from New York over to London.This included process optimisation, procedure enhancement, training and system enhancement.Processing and reconciling all dividend positions.

Involved with the outsourcing project to Hyderabad, which included optimising the dividend process, training staff , writing new process's and advising on any prime brokerage dividend problems.Involved with the testing of the T24 dividend system.
