I have been working in the mining industry for over 30 yrs in Maintenance in various roles from breakdown fitter to planning / scheduling, maintenance foreman, maintenance supervisor and relief Maintenance Superintendant. Currently I am a maintenance fitter for Redpath Mining at Venetia Diamond Mine in South Africa. I have been Maintenance Supervising for over 20 years and previous was the Service Supervisor for Hastings Deering CAT at Tabubil Western Province Papua New Guinea. Before taking on this role I was the U/G Maintenance Foreman for AUMS Barminco (African Underground Mining Services) at Burkina Faso West Africa. Previous to this role I was the U/G Supervisor Drills working for Glencore at CSA Mine Cobar. Before this role I was the U/G Maintenance Foreman with Downer Mining at CSA Mine. Previous to this I was the U/G Maintenance Supervisor for Downer Mining at the Lift II Project at Palabora Copper Mine in South Africa. Previous to this I was the UG Mobile Plant Supervisor for 10 years with Glencore @ CSA Mine Cobar. I have also worked for Westrac CAT as both the workshop and customer coordinators for 5 yrs.
