An engaged and dedicated Product Support Engineer in the Compressed Air & Gas industry.My current role (since December 2019) for Independent Air Treatment Technology envelopes the North of England and Scotland, visiting customer sites to Service, Commission, Repair and Maintain various brands of Compressed Air Dryers, Breathing Air Testing, N2 Generators, LN2 and Compressors.Previously had joined Durham Filtration as Principal Service Engineer in April 2019 to further my career, Servicing Paint Shops and Biomass Sites.Very self motivated with a keen eye for customer needs. During my time with DF, I continued to work with the Royal Navy as a Sub-Contractor.Previous roles within Parker Hannifin (domnick hunter) from 1995-2019.Production Operative - 1995 – 2000Service Co-Ordinator - 2000 – 2004I moved from Industrial Applications to Military Product in 2004 to join Protective Systems Group as a Product Support Technician, then promoted to Product Support Engineer after 3 months, specialising in High Pressure Air Filtration and Drying.I was promoted to Senior Product Support Engineer in 2011 and moved to Technical Support Group as Senior Technical Support Engineer.I was responsible for revenue within the Military Service Function and have grown fantastic relationships with many customers and suppliers. My work took me to many locations across the globe.
